The duodenum is the first part of the small intestine. It is the most common site of ulcers. The pancreas and gallbladder secrete their digestive juices into the duodenum to help help the digestive process and allow us to absorb the nutrients efficiently.

Jejunum is part of the small intestine. It is about 4 feet (1.2m) long and connects the duodenum and the ileum. Enzymes in the small intestine continue the breakdown of food (from the stomach), which can then be absorbed through its wall into the lymphatic vessels and the hepatic portal vein. Celiac disease is a disorder of the mucous lining of the jejunum.
Well keep nagging them! if they feel kind they might change it for you! But I don't know... If they have time they might help, but if not then they won't! It depends on luck really.
