Leif Ove Andsnes and Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra/ Mariss Jansons -Piano Concertos - Grieg/Schumann

Radiohead - Kid A
Radiohead - Hail to the Theif

Rage Against the Machine - The Battle of Los Angeles

RjD2 - Deadringer

Yasushi Ishii - Hellson OST: Raid

Runners up

Interpol - Turn on the bright lights

Jane's Addiction -Strays

The jerky Boys - The Jerky boys 3 :D

of your list, I'd agree with the Coldplay stuff, Jane's Addiction, and maybe radiohead. haven't listened to the rest.

I'd include all of The Smiths albums (they were mostly published in the 80s I spose), a few Morrissey albums

The first two Aimee Mann Albums, and the last couple of albums by Til Tuesday (Aimee Mann's band)

Every Blake Babies album, the first three solo albums by Juliana Hatfield

Um, probably every St Etienne album

David Guetta, Guetta Blaster

lots & lots of other stuff

agree with quite a lot of your list, especially

dj shadow-endtroducing
aphex twin-everything he's done except druqks -- altho I quite like druqks
air-moon safari/virgin suicides/the third one i cant name (walkie talkie? I really like that, there was one album of their's - 10,000Hz something-or-other - that I didn't like much)
zero 7-simple things
massive attack- not mezzanine, but definitely their first few albums
