I want to put my collection to a little test.

It may fail miserably but it just might turn out fun. Name a high end card from the past and I'll see if *happen* to have one.

I know some of you are going to pick the most obscure card out there but that might be half the challenge =P

8800 Ultra test to see how well it will hold up to the later 360/ps3 ports ie, Bioshock infinite, Tomb raider, Metro Last Light, etc

Matrix Mystique.

On that note, which Matrox cards do you have? I'm wishing I kept mine.

These would probably be on my top cards to get list if I was to start collecting...

Geforce 7900 GX2 (NV's first dual gpu, quad SLI capable card)

Radeon X850 Crossfire Edition "Master Card" (ATI's first incarnation of CF)

I was gonna say Radeon 2900XTX, but I don't think that ever made it out of the prototype stage.

XGI Volari Duo V8 Ultra (any high end XGI Volari card really)

Some old favorites. Complete with brand name and all ;)

Creative Labs 3D Blaster Voodoo II
Creative Labs 3D Blaster TNT2U
(yeah I liked CL!)
Celeron 300a OC'ed to 450 paired with above TNT2U heh

Diamond Stealth 3D (S3 virge, used for 2d obviously...heh...)
(who didn't like Diamond MM back in the late 90s? They were a WAY WAY different and a great company back then, went out of business, and were re-acquired in name and name alone by some other clowns that are currently using the Diamond MM name)

ATI Radeon 9700 Pro All in Wonder
(I really liked the built in TV tuner cards for whatever reason back then)

TNT
It could do 32 bit color unlike the Banshee, and resolutions higher than 800x600/1024x768 unlike Voodoo 2/SLI.
