bah, she's walking around in TIMES SQ where there's police, and a lot of cameras and alot of office workers, tourists at what looks like that time of day.

No one is going to be 'the one' to approach or gawk, and be caught on film for initiating that.

walk into a club like that, and it's a diff. story behind more closed doors.
