Maryville police say Michael Monn was covered with cheese --and nothing else -- when they arrested him carrying snacks stolen from the concession stand at John Sevier pool.
Police say they first found Monn's Jeep parked near the pool early Sunday morning -- then saw his clothes and an open bottle of vodka inside it.
Police say he smelled strongly of alcohol and wasn't completely coherent.
He managed all of this -- including scaling an eight-foot-tall fence in the buff -- before dawn on his 23rd birthday.
Authorities reported someone also defecated in a garbage can, threw nacho cheese on the exterior wall of the snack bar and scattered chips on the ground outside the facility. About $40 in chips and $7 in nacho cheese were stolen from the snack bar, police said.
