[N00B POST!]Are there any good and complete water-cooling kits?

I've been looking at the Swiftech H20-220 64 kit for my setup (in signature). I've read that most decent water cooling systems need to be put together though. Any truth to this? If so, where do I go to look at parts for a watercooling system?
 
CoolerMaster has a water cooling setup, I have seen it reviewed, but that was a while ago... looked like a nice kit.
