n00b needs help choosing PSU

I'm going with a 3200+ winchester and MSI K8N neo4 platinum mobo and a TT Tsunami Case. I've been trying to read around these forums and AT and other sites and I can't figure out how you guys know how much power you need. I won't be doing any overclocking so will 400W be enough?

What PSU should I go with and how much power do I need? It seems the antec neopower 480 is a good one but 480W might be overkill for me.

Thanks.

the neopower 480 is overkill for your system, but you might be able to use it in your next one. its nice though; modular cables
take a look at ~400w Enermax, Antec Truepower, or OCZ power supplies also; see if anything catches your eye.

I read that I should go for one that conforms to the ATX12V 2.01 standard right? With that in mind, I think I'm going to go for the ENERMAX Noisetaker Series 420W Power Supply, ATX12V Ver2.01. Thanks guys.
