N00B Alert: Help with OC'ing an Allendale 1.8ghz

hi guys,

I just picked up a new board and chip. I've been told by folks that I can OC this 1.8ghz chip to 3.5ghz with water cooling.

I am using an MSI P35 Neo2-FR board.

Can anyone give me an idea on what settings I would need in the BIOS?
