It's just gone, first I thought I just had accidentally deleted the shortcut but no, the whole .exe has disappeared. What the h3ll? I am 110% sure I have NOT deleted it. And now I can't get it back, can't install it from Win2k CD. I tried to search alternative for it, but either software calculators do not exist or then I'm just too dumb to find them.

So if anyone would please either,

(a) Tell me how to restore the windows' own calculator (Win2k)
(b) Tell me where to find a alternative, basic +/- software calculator

Thanks.

Doesn't work in Win2k, that was the first thing I tried only to find out that you can only add some "Indexing Service", "IIS", "Management and Monitoring Tools" stuff from there.

<< simple solution: some generous member should email this guy their calc.exe 🙂 >>

Address is in my profile 😉

Post here if you send it so everyone won't start sending it to me 😀

Oh btw, it's the Win2k version. If that makes any difference...

Now it's even more bizarre, I did "run>calc" and the exe came back 😕

Just before I did a search for *calc*.* and nothing came up, after "run>calc" calc.exe is found at system32 dir. I don't know wth is going on, but I'm happy again 🙂

Thanks rbV5!
