was trying to buy something, added the 15 off 60 coupon and asked me to put in the 16 digit reference code. folks over at FW are having the same problem also. coupon hasnt expired yet.

are they requiring more info now? is this old news? havent read anything about it till tonight.

I think you're trying to use a code that's sent out to Dividend club members that's why the 16 digit ref number comes up.

roger that, exactly what it asked for. guess it was just bad luck for me
