Hrm, nope mostly CCFLs still. Some rather small devices have OLED screens already. LEDs will only be a temporary solution to the LCD problem. They may improve gamut but that doesn't mean colors will be any more accurate or have any more contrast. I'm still looking forward to OLEDs/SEDs personally.
