Just got a d-link 524 router, and hooked it up accordingly. Went through the wizard software just fine, but when i go and renew dhcp it just times out. Do i have to make any other changes elsewhere?
If connect the cable modem straight to my comp it fetches the ip just fine.

Nevermind more like stupid me, reset the cable modem and all is well 🙂
