N.J. to hit aggressive drivers in the wallet

Don't get me started with NJ, I had a nightmare with their court system, and it wasn't even for speeding! It was for not having my insurance card inside my car. I ended up with a warrant out for my arrest. Took about 3 months for it to be cleared up.

I thought that when NJ increased their speed limits they did the "double fine" thing if you were caught going over the new speed limit?

Who cares that the fines are doubled... You shouldnt be speeding anyways (not that i've never did) but if i did and got caught then I would pay the fine and not bother complaining since it was my fault anyways for speeding!

If you want to make NJ a safe place to drive in, you need only prohibit "drivers" from NY, PA and DE.

😀

PA.. Where the stop signs with the white around them are optional!

Had they not gotten behind all the soccer-moms and the morons cruising in the left hand lane they would not be late and would not be in as much of a hurry. Ticket them for not going the flow of traffic and creating traffic hazards

I fail to see how speeding is aggresive driving.

Tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic, and cutting people off are much more likely to result in accidents.

Oh wait, they want to make $$$, not save lives.
