Is that the one that's actually an X3 or X5?

Dunno, it seemed kinda "fake" to me. As in, they actually used an M3 or M5 to shoot the film, and just add an X3/X5 to the end bit.

no they do play parts of it this past month or so in the movie preview ad's... then showed an X3. it was also on TV. personally i don't think a mere X3 would have sounded that great.

Yea, I doubt the x3 has that exhaust note. More like m5/m3 like someone else said.
 
OT: The M5's exhaust note. :Q

Anyways, seen this before. MB has some pretty fast cars in the AMG family, they should integrate the Nurburgring into their commercials.
