Has anyone ever used one of these before? How's the quality on them, is it worth it?

I wouldn't buy anything like that. Not at that price. I'd rather use my iTouch as is.

Why spend $250+ on a pair of glasses that will only give you at best an 800x600 image. The image on an ipod or itouch is better then that.
