MyTunes for Itunes to work?

I have itunes 4.1....and i downloaded mytunes and i cant get it to work. I play the music from another person and nothing shows up to download! Has anyone actually gotten this program to work?! Let me know!
 
IIRC, you need the inital release of iTunes cuz they disabled it in newer versions cuz of piracy problems.
 
I cannot get mytunes to work either.
when i run it i get an error message that comes up and says


AppName: mytunes.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: mytunes.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00008afc
if anyone can help me i would be very grateful
i have windos xp pro
