Kinda scary. My friend passed away unexpectedly one day years back in a yoga class, from I think the same thing. She was 29/30.

Killed my mother in her early 70s. Doing some washing, dropped like a stone apparently. Came out of nowhere, she had never even been in hospital or seriously ill in her life before she dropped dead. Apparently it was a congenital issue....I've never bothered asking if I have it because they can't do anything anyway.
