Does anyone know how closely behind ubuntu's release the mythbuntu release follows? I know ubuntu 12.04 comes out 4/26. Will mythbuntu come out at the same time, the next day, or weeks later. I plan to upgrade my mythbuntu 10.04 mythtv 0.23 box to mythtv 0.25, but thought I would just do a full reinstall with mythbuntu 12.04 if it was close.
 
Registered just to answer this. We release Mythbuntu the same day (Basically as soon as Ubuntu releases although it may trail a few hours), so Mythbuntu 12.04 will come out on the same day as Ubuntu 12.04. We also provide updated packages for previous releases via the Mythbuntu repos. For 10.04 we do have MythTV 0.25 packages. More information can be found at http://www.mythbuntu.org/repos
 
Thanks. I knew about 0.25 being available on 10.04, but since I plan to move the system to a new HD in the same machine I though why not just do a fresh install of 12.04. Then I can just backup my old db from 0.23 and restore it on 0.25. Then when I have it working just remove the old HD.
