Myth Of Empires: MMO sandbox crafting

OK, I got into the closed beta, thru steam.

After about 3 hours game finally crashed on me. Lots of fun, better than most similar mmo survival games. BUT, its a lot like the others in that you really need a large group of people you can trust who are willing to get organized and work together as a team. Surviving on your own is not only difficult but boring. You need to spend a lot of time slowly building your skills, acquiring junk to make into better junk, making new tools, making a home, and crafting stations, and all of it is very slow. Its a lot like other survival sandbox games out there. In fact aside from being better looking, its nothing special. If it gets a buttload of players and people can work together in clans or guilds, it may be fun.
