Mystery: What's the difference between an Asus A7V266-E and A7V266-C?

Both boards are listed on Newegg, with the "C" being significantly cheaper. In the pictures the "C" only has passive cooling on the northbridge whereas the "E" has a fan. Other than that, the specs in the listings look identical. Same onboard sound, no raid on either board, no difference in hard drive speeds (except that the "C" claims 133 support, which may be a misprint). Does anyone know the difference? The reason I even ask is that the pricetag of the "C" is tempting for an asus board, only $76.

The -C has a standard AGP4X slot instead of AGP Pro, no ACR slot, no RAID.
