Mystery using FTP...really weird.

I've been using FlashFXP as my FTP client for a while. I recently "registered" it and nothing seemed to go wrong. Just recently though, on one of the sites I have saved on there, ANYTHING I download comes in at the wrong filesize and I can't use it. Other sites work, and so does the FXP function. Weird huh? Any thoughts?
