Okay, maybe I didn't explain it correctly. Let's say that someone listed as "john" flushes from the netblock 200.100.100.***, and that the fourth octet is dynamic.
In between the script, he flushes a tidy load and the octet has changed. This will NOT be listed under "john" but rather as either the above, or as some variation of the host name.
Now, let's say that "john" is in 30th place, and you are in 29th. You have 5000 blocks, and "john" has 4500 blocks. He flushes 1000 blocks to the new octet and, until the script runs, he and you will still be in the same ranking order.
Once the script runs, he will show 5500, and you 5000 and your position would swap, BUT no movement would be indicated by an arrow because they were his blocks to begin with.
