This film is about the aftermath of sexual abuse. It follows two boys, who were sexually molested by their baseball coach when they were 8 years old. The film picks up when the boys are just reaching adulthood, and looks at the way the abuse has fvcked up their lives. It's pretty hardcore (not for the faint of heart). An achingly sad movie (and also very confronting, dealing as it does with a taboo topic - prepare to be shocked, disgusted, angry), yet which has many strangely beautiful moments. Pretty much the best new film I've seen from the past 12 months. The sound track is great too.
