Mysterious "emblem" on the core of a week 43 Duron 650MHz?

I recently got my girlfriend a Duron 800MHz (she doesn't overclock and she had a 650MHz) and she let me have her 650MHz.. I noticed that the core was covered in thermal paste so much that it was coming off the sides of the core itself.. I managed to clean it all off and I noticed that the printed text on the core (which I'll put at the bottom of this post) is on the top left side of the core and there is a squarish emblem, I think, on the bottom right side.. I can't make out what it is, but it's really strange looking and I've never seen anything like this before..

The little box has a design or something of that sort in it.. What does this mean? I haven't tested it out yet so I don't know it's overclocking abilities, but.. Does anyone know what this is?
