Mysterious cuts and bruises lately

I haven't done anything that would've caused it... I don't remember falling or hitting any objects... didn't punch anyone or anything of that sort to cause this cut on my finger... a few days ago i had a weird bruise on my right leg, near the inner side of my knee, but a few inches lower, sort of near the top of the big muscle there... its gone now... but now i've got this bruise on my left knee, sort of near the same location but higher up near where the bone protrudes at the joint(like when you bend the leg, one of the bones pokes out sorta...if that makes sense)... they seem to go away after a few days but I have no idea why its happening...
