Announced here.

If you like CRPGs and have NWN2, this one is very good. Starts a bit slow, but excellent development as it goes along, and two satisfying endings.

Atari shot themselves in the foot with MoW, a 2 year delay while they crippled it with DRM.

It's totally different from SoZ, which is pretty much a story-free open world thing. MoW starts at level 8 and ends at about 14, and is a classic story-driven adventure with three well-drawn companions. Like Ossian's Daggerford mod, if you played that, but with a better ending.

That massive delay to bring the DRM up to "their standards" only to remove activation so quickly?

Atari did a fine job of destroying any market for premium modules in NWN2 with their delays.

MoW is a good story-based module and you'll easily get 15 hours of play time out of it if you do most of the sidequests and a little crafting.

Don't punish Ossian for Atari's crapulence, especially now that Atari has backpedaled on the DRM.

Tips / bugs:
- there are almost no gems or essences in-game for crafting, and there is a cleric but no mage NPC. I brought my collection in from the OC at level and used my mage for crafting.
- the alchemist bench in the mage shop is borked. The only working bench is if you take the "ebon claws" path.

I honestly can't read the phrase "better late than never" without replacing it with "better nate than lever." Thanks AT!

Yeah, it was a retarded idea to include install limits on a download only addon that requires the original NWN2 to play. Then again, limiting installs is a retarded idea all together.
