Myst on DS

Did the more recent games in the Myst series have a real 3D engine instead of that point and click HyperCard crap? Or more importantly, will THIS game have a real 3D engine instead of point and click static images?

I remember trying to get that game to run nicely... and having to watch that unskippable intro about 100x.

I didn't enjoy Myst originally. Because I was looking for something it wasn't. When I finally gave it a 2nd chance and enjoyed it for what it was, I had a blast and have been playing all the Myst games since.

Uru Live could have been so much better than it was, unfortunately.

I don't know if I'd want to play the original Myst on a DS. I'd rather they make a new Myst for it.

I liked the first Myst. Riven was freaken impossible, I remember spending an entire day playing it with my friend and we got pretty much nowhere.
My Dad really likes these games, I think he's beaten them all except the most recent one because his computer can't run it.
