myspace is one of the top 10 sites according to alexia and it specializes in social networking- by extension IM'ing works. Especially considering that the teenage-young 20's age base of myspace all uses aim- a market no other IM service has been able to breach. Myspace has a lot higher appeal to these people than yahoo messenger or MSN.

I thought that AIM was already the average 14 year old's IM of choice... nobody is going to use this crap... hopefully. That, or it will keep the 14 year olds off of AIM, so I stop getting "Sup? A/S/L" random IM's once a week.

Everybody wants to get their share in the market as it is relatively easy

Its probably going to be flooded with horny chatroom assholes
