Mylex AccelRaid 250 won't allow POST on A7V133

I am trying to install A Mylex AccelRaid 250 SCSI card in my system. It has an ASUS A7V133 Mainboard, with an Athon 1.33 and 512 RAM. This sucker will NOT POST with the card installed, even if I remove all other cards and drives. I have tried every BIOS option that could possible affect it and still nothing. I thought there might be something wrong with the card, but I tried another Mylex card I have, a DAC960P2, and that won't POST either. Is there some big issue with Mylex cards on this board? Anyone have any ideas????? The second I take it out, it boots right up.
