Has anyone used mydomain.com to set up a domain and an e-mail service? I have and needed help twice-once to set up my domain and the other to set up an e-mail account. All the pages are a mystery with no explanation: There is no online manual to help either: FAQs are not germane either. Tech support is helpful but their time is on the clcok.

Any better domain services companies that help a new subscriber set up e-mail accounts and web hosting. Attempts to contact Customer Service through e-mail fail.
