i got little problem here, hope can get help / answer from here
i have a WD Mybook Studio 1.5TB, it working just nice
but few weeks ago, my area got power outage, and because i didn't use UPS for mybook (my UPS plug didn't compatible with standard power plug),
when the electric come back, i find out my drive showing unhealthy SMART status (i am using crystaldiskinfo)
it have current pending sector count
then i decide to take it to the shop for replacement (it just 4months since purchase)
but because the shop saying that it will take around 2weeks or more for RMA + i will need to backup my data myself
then i cancel the rma process and take the drive back to my home for backuping... after back up complete, i tried format the drive, and the current pending sector count return to 0 and the drive status back to health...
Q1. is that means the drive healthy (nothing wrong with the drive) ?
from chkdsk there is something different
its like 512kb different

so the different in KB is : 2048 ... and in cluster is 512
