My Zen Touch is glitching out on me...

While I was using Nomad Explorer to transfer songs from my PC to the Zen, it suddenly froze. I stuck a paper clip in the side opening in order to reset it. It turned on and said: "Rebuilding Music Library" and the progress bar on the bottom began to fill. When it got to full it stopped and eventually I got a screen that said "Firmware Problem" and it won't let me do anything. If I reset it again the same thing happens. I did upgrade the firmware first thing when I bought it but the flash went fine so I don't think that has anything to do with it. Does anyone know what the problem could be and if it is easily fixable? I was planning to use it on a flight tomorrow...this timing sucks.
