Same thing happened to me. I tried reconnecting the wires, playing from a CD player, and heard nothing. Then when I was on the phone to get an RMA, I tried turning on the power again, and heard a humming from the sub. So I reconnected the wires again and they worked after awhile(the power light also wouldn't turn on when it wasn't connected properly).
Sounds like some sort of fuse blew...however, if you are interested in selling the control center (volume control) then I will buy it cheap!
Otherwise, give logitech a call. They were great about getting mine replaced when it got funky on me. It would "crackle" at maximum volume (I mean the crackle was at max volume, no mater the volume of the control center).
I dont see an accessable fuse on mine...however, you don't have to mail the entire system back to them (but you do have to pay shiping). They will ask you to send back the control center, and the AC wire (they will ask you to cut it off). You will also have to send proof-of-purchase.
i had a similiar instance, i think its the cord from the controls that is not in all the way. My cord is very very very loose in the sub. So try some jiggling action
goodluck!
