Has anyone else had problems logging in to My Yahoo over the last week or so. According to them, I am using a wrong login or password. I've been using the same for too many years now so I can't be wrong and I've used different keyboards so nothing it wrong in how I enter it.

Anyway, I tried to have them reset my password but the reset only displays a relatively blank screen after you put in your personal information. If they are mailing me a new password, shouldn't they say that? The other problem is that my other e-mail address has been closed for some time so it's not going to work if they are.

Is there any way to contact customer service and have them unlock me?
 
What browser are you using? A friend had a lot of problems with Internet Explorer which all magically went away when I had him use Firefox. Yahoo seems a little flaky sometimes.
 
Does anyone know how to contact Yahoo to get them to reset your password and then tell you what the password is?

I *think* the seconday e-mail that I set this account up under is long gone so *if* they are sending the new password to that address, rather than showing it to me on the screen, then I'm never going to get it.
