Overall: Very Good

I RMA'd my reference 290 which had stopped showing any video. Within a couple of days of receiving the card, they had shipped out a brand new XFX 290 DD (non-reference cooler).

I have RMA'd with them before and in general they have been good experiences.

The DD is a nice card unless you go for crazy overclocks in a case with poor airflow.

Can't complain about a free upgrade :)

Good to hear. I had to RMA a 7850 to xfx. Took a couple days to get the RMA authorization, but after than it went quick.

I would rather have not had to RMA but at least xfx made it fairly painless
