On tuesdays and thursdays i work parttime in an engineering department at a company. I also work from home in my spare time. today i went to work and there was no computer for me, then i came home and i couldn't log onto the system to work from home.

i called my boss and he said he'll get IT (they outsource it :roll: ) to look into it and not to worry because i'm still getting paid 😀.

i have to leave the office soon - going out in the -10c weather to measure a bunch of new houses. such is my job. woohoo

it is supposed to go up to -6c today... and at least the sun is shining?
 
you bet. i'm just happy if the mud is minimal. it never ceases to amaze me that mud seems to thaw as soon as the sun hits it, regardless of how f'n cold it is.
 
I smashed my ring finger on my left hand under a water bottle while filling up the office water cooler, my nail is turning black and burns, and I'm supposed to play guitar for my daughter's girlscout troop tonight. I have cramping problems due to antibiotics I'm taking for some stupid bronchitis that won't go away, I need to train for a 5 mile run by April 10'th that the whole office is counting on my to run in and I haven't been able to train due to the afore mentioned lung problem, my boss gave me a stack of "TPS Reports" because we're a bit slow today, and I have to clean the basement when I get home.


Today sux like a Hoover :|
 
WIsh I got paid for not working. At least I get an hour of overtime each day this week (but I do have to work it) so that'll be a bit of extra money.
