My wireless keyboard won't connect...

As stated in the title, my logitech wireless keyboard won't connect, but the mouse will. The model is the logitech mx3200 package. I have checked the batteries and they appear to be fine. The method for connectivity is you press the red button on the back of the reciever, then the red button on the back of the mouse, then repeat for the keyboard, but while the mouse is fine, the keyboard just doesn't respond. I know this is kinda vague, but anyone with any sort of experience and/or the same problem, could you help me out here? All suggestions/ comments are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

interesting...i have the mx3000. it came connected out of the box. regardless, know that you need to press the button quickly. as in less then half a second difference. you need to click the connect button on the reciever and then immediatly press the connect button on the bottom of the keyboard. try again and report back.

I reinstalled the drivers and that fixed the problem. Can't believe I didn't think of that before. Thanks for the response.
