My wireless connection SUDDENLY DIED?!?!?!?!

i have a belkin wireless USB adapter.

i use to get 100% signal....atleast thats what it shows...

I formatted my HD today...and then after installing all the drivers again..

my connection suddenly is 5-7% signal...

i cant figure out why...

any ideas? nothjing was changed in the router..the position of the adapter is in the same place as b4...
