my Windows XP system restore option creating problem for me.

From last 2 days my XP wouldn't work gud. When I open browser and enter URL, it will automatically close down. on typing any keyword in Google search result, finder will open. and also sytem restore option can't run after its first window. I also scan my Pc but there is no virus.. Plz help.🙁
 
I'm not sure why no one replied, but it undoubtedly was a virus, specifically a rootkit (which can easily hide from AV scanners).
