MY Windows XP MCE05 wont network with my Windows XP Home

I can ping my MCE computer from my Home computer, but I cant ping the Home computer from MCE.

I keep running the Network Setup wizard, but I can never seem to connect the two.

They are connected through a router. I have tried 3 different routers, but same results.
 
I can ping each other through the internet, as in, not a 192.168.0.* IP, but I cant get the MCE to ping the Home through the internal IP adress.

They cant even detect each other on the workgroup, and Home gives all kinds of errors when trying to determine who is on what workgroup.
