My Win 2000 drives me nuts please help

I?m running win 2000 on Asus P4B533E with P4 2.53. My computer started to act funny lately: when I use win explorer the whole screen blinks few times and all icons next to the clock disappear. Also sometimes when I try to start MS Office XP the screen blinks and I have to press Alt, Ctrl and Delete for computer to work.

Is it the memory???? (how can I run DDR RAM test)

Not sure the solution to your problem... but if you want a memory tester, do a google search. There's some out there.
