My wifi isnt working it says that another application is controlling my wireless configeration if i uninstall the Toshiba Network maneger will that fix the problem
 
Start / Control Panel / Admin Tools / Services

Start the serivce "Wireless Zero Configuration" if it isn't. This is what allows your windows to control your wireless connection.
 
don't use wireless zero config (I hate it, personally) and use the Toshiba manager, which is most likely either the broadcom or atheros utility rebadged.
