My isp includes webspace with my acct- for some reason, I can only add files with IE. Is this a common problem? I searched for another thread but didn't see anything?

Some sites/hosts will only accept IE for certain tasks.
Maybe you should contact them to find out if this is the case, or look on their FAQ's, it is possible it is covered there.
