My WD Green just died on me

It just started going slower and slower. What is the warranty for these things and what do I replace it with. Less platters the better :'(

I know it sounds coincidental... but it's not. Just luck of the draw. How far out of warranty are you?

Are you able to run a SMART check on it or anything?

It won't even run the disk check. Stops halfway through.
