im using Parition Magic to merge all the partitions right now to make one 74.5GB Primary Partition (the whole HD) and imma try to install XP through my sister's hard drive...i hope its possible, cant u do that? install XP on D: drive through C: drive?
i know it prolly sounds like a complete NOOB question, but ive never really cared to wonder prior to now.
in any case, what do i do now? i dont undetrstand...i had about 10GB unallocated space, and i used XP setup to make a partition, and i try to proceed, and it said even then that its not a windows xp-compatible partition...
