There is metal everywhere, not to mention water. My home office is destroyed. How does a water heater just explode?

Well now is the time to look into TANKLESS water heaters.
Don't know why people waste their money on those old ass tanks after their current one goes. I got mine from HD for $600, installed it in less then 2 hours, NEVER run out of hot water now and my gas bill has been $20 less each month.
