Really can't disclose the secret recipe, but it includes vanilla, ground pecans, and cornmeal. There's more to it than that, but I ate the recipe along with the waffles. Mmmm......enjoy your Capn Crunch....

yea when we were there my sister got some i tried them and they were nasty, put rasberries blueberries or blackberries in them and they are much better, the ocasional banana is good also
