My Voodoo5 5500 AGP not fitting my Asus P4T Board?

As I'm not really up on all the AGP slots I was wondering if anyone knew why the Voodoo 5500 AGp will not fit in my Asus P4T motherboard?
My AGP slot has another 3 smaller slots where the 5500 has one small and one larger slot.

Any insight would be appreciated.

The others are correct, I will elaborate. Current Pentium 4 motherboards only allow 1.5v cards. All 3dfx AGP cards are 3.3v, hence they cannot fit. Other motherboards, for instance P3/Tbird boards, are universal, fitting both 3.3v and 1.5v. So, until a 3rd party chipset maker makes a P4 motherboard(sure would be nice, no Rambus :) let's go intel :)), you're stuck.

Wow, leave it to Intel to try to break something good. Really, what is the use in changing the slot design anyway? Unless I see some nice performance difference I don't want change.

I know its not 3DFX's fault but i was implying that 3DFX verse the world meaning that everyone is against 3DFx in some sort of way. I have a V5 so its not like i have a problem with them.
