My voltages are being read as being low (I think), what does this mean?

Ever since I've installed this new 300w ATX PS (up from a 250) my -12v and -5v have been read as -13.767 and -5.714. All my + voltages are right on targt. My vcore is fine as well.

What does this mean/do? it's been like this for like....8 months. System is 100% stable as well.

Asus probe, and my BOIS show those two voltages being low.

Why? What do they do? Is this a problem? What's the deal?

As long as the voltage is stable, I wouldn't worry about it. None of my readings are dead on, but all are within +/- 5%. Download motherboard monitor and compare the readings with probe, or better yet, your bios.

These voltages are barely used in the system so you don't have to worry about them. I'll be really surprise if they are even in use. The things to worry about is the +3.3 and +5.0V. Even for the +12V, only motors from fans and drives uses this and are more tolerant than the other two.

anyone know why these voltages are low? They were fine on my 250 watter, but the upgrade to a 300 made them low. ?

oh well, things are stalbe, so I guess it's all good.
