My vizio remote stopped working with vizio tv...

I recently found my Vizio remote after 1 month, and it doesn't work with TV anymore. The remote flashes the red light when i press commands. I tried pressing TV, and then pressing commands; It still doesn't work. I also changed the batteries, but that failed as well. I have 32" Vizio, will someone please help me?
